TCT - Fun in the Sun Edition

Hoooooo-buddy! Its a hot one out there. Seems that Summer has stuck it foot in the door mighty hard and is pushing past Spring. We got ourselves a little heat explosion up in New England today. So what day more fitting to debut some new summer themed artwork, right?

I am going to get a new theme and color scheme for the page soon but for now here is a taste of the goodness coming this summer to my page.

I dont have anything major planned or posted today. the past couple of days I have been planning and working on new stuff for the next round of the playoffs. I worked up some new ladies to put up here but wanted to save them for the best day of the week, Thick Chick Thursday.

I did not want to leave you all hanging so I figured a little tease could be good.

Memorial Day Post

I've always like Memorial Day weekend. I guess it has to do with getting a 3 day weekend during the school year before all the finals and stuff happened. It may be that or as you get older you get a 3 day weekend off from work. There is also the possibility that it is usually the weekend of a big BBW bash here in New England. That didn't happen this year though, I'm not in school, and don't have a steady job.

So todays real reason that I like Memorial Day so much has to do with the reason it was instituted, to honor the life of those lost during wartime and giving their all for this country. I know that this page reaches out to all over the world (not bragging, i checked my stats) so I am not sure if you all set aside a day of thanks for the military and armed forces, but you should. I have never served, I'm not really built or wired for it, but I am immensely thankful and grateful to everyone that I know that has and still does and to all those I don't know as well. You are all better men and women than I could ever hope to be.

So this is my little tribute to you, in my own way.

Thank you.

TCT- That Time Again

here we are again. the springboard to the weekend. It's a big weekend too. Hope you all have some fun stuff on tap for it. I am hoping to get out and have some fun with some friends.

So today I have some new additions to the TCT catalog and some peeks behind the sketch pad. I got a new scanner this week (WOOHOOO) so the scans look different now and work a lot better now.

Battle In The Big Apple

Tonight is Game 3 of the 2nd round of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals between the Bruins and Rangers. As the series rolls on so do the pieces of art supporting my hometown team. I've quite a bit of a good feedback on this big hairy fellas so expect more of them and some new colors to them as well.
