Flashback Friday - Long and Winding Road (Recap Part !)

It's come to this. A quiet weekend to get some artwork done and a chance to start reflecting on the past year. I took a quick peek at the first folder I got in the 2012 master folder. Ohh boy. There is a lot of stuff to go throgh. Not to mention the two Vendor packet folders and the Fanfest folder. There is going to be a lot of stuff for each of these recaps. I will do my best to not ramble on and just let the art showcase itself. Some of it good, some bad, some better than I had hoped. So let's start this journey into days gone by.

It's the holiday season (as hard as i try to fight it) and everyone is in full on Christmas mode already. Well before I delve into that season of red and green there is one small celebration that got overlooked.
Happy 2nd Birthday to my blog page. 2 years and  238 posts later, who would have thought I'd still be going on it. Please check out my very first post, let me know some of your faves and wish me well into the future.

Hump Day - Busy Busy

Hello all. Hope you are doing well. Settling into Autumn all right? It appears to have finally come in here full time. The leaves are changing and falling fast to the ground. The cool fall air is all around and it feels oh so lovely out.

I've been busy with the day job. The hours keep coming in and I have to take them. Never worked overtime in my life, no job I held offered it, and with this one I will be on my 2nd double shift come tomorrow. Crazy. Trying my best to keep the art flowing, if you follow me on twitter you get a sense of how the day goes at work. Lots of hanging around the warehouse and guarding the grounds. So the art allows me to really explode out. There will be new new stuff and I suppose I should get to work a special Halloween pic since its a week away. Wow.

Well new works aside for a moment. I got an email the other night, Sunday, from Platinum Puzzy. She is, if your recall, one of the ladies that was in charge of organizing and producing BBW Fanfest. It seems I can't go a week without mentioning it so lets face it. It fucking ruled, and its now part of my life. So yeah Platinum emailed me asking how the poster I was doing going, i was slacking big time on it truthfully. She was wondering if I could get anything to her so she could go to the printers on monday with something. Well me not wanting to let anyone down, especially those that care and support me, I did my best and worked til about midnight on this thing. i really like and wanted to give you all a taste of it. i know the event is tomorrow and I will see what she is doing with it. but for now here ya go.

Those are some the best and hardest working ladies I have met. I wonder how they all look....together.

TCT - Touchdown Edition

Football is back people!!! Woohooo!!! No more boring sundays.

I've been busy all day working something that just keeps growing and growing in production but I didn't want to wait any longer to get this out. I've had a couple of these girls waiting around since last week.

Lets get it kicked off then shall we??

Tuesday Update

I mentioned before that updates might be few and far between for a bit while i adjust to the new job thing. Well, lets just say I have some fun stuff to post for you all. Things are always going on with me and sometimes its just not worth mentioning. I have done some good art when I got myself down to the drawing table though and as always I want to share them with you.

Hope you like them. No real theme today just good shit.

She kinda came out looking a little crazier than I though but I kinda fits.

These two are of course the Miss Kitty Character from "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West". I always enjoy that movie and wanted to draw her. She's a pretty good addition to the thick chicks I draw.

Here is the final FINAL piece I did for a client. After trying something different and realizing I should have just stuck with the original I fixed it and here she is. Ms Heidi in the flesh. Sort of.
